Tonya has been part of the Woodbine Animal Clinic team since 2006, serving as a Customer Service Representative. She will tell you that she has always enjoyed working with people and that the animals are an additional perk! Her professional interests include preventative care, senior pets, and working with puppies and kittens.

Tonya enjoys the unique connection between people and animals and especially loves watching patients grow from playful puppies and kittens into mature adult pets over the years. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is building lasting relationships with clients and their pets throughout every stage of life.

Her advice to pet owners is to keep pets on heartworm prevention year-round and to have them spayed or neutered at the recommended age.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time with her family, watching Denver Broncos football, following March Madness basketball, and bowling. She shares her home with her two dogs, Curry and Pepper. A fun fact about Tonya is that she LOVES donkeys and considers them her “spirit animal.”
