Chassity has been part of the veterinary field since 2002 and has served as a Veterinary Technician at Woodbine Animal Clinic since 2004. Her professional interests include surgery, senior pets, puppies and kittens, and reptiles.

Chassity was inspired to pursue veterinary medicine by seeing sick animals heal and watching them grow throughout their lives. One of her favorite aspects of working at Woodbine Animal Clinic is the incredible team collaboration! The shared dedication to providing the highest standard of care for patients and clients ensuring they receive the attention they need to thrive. She especially enjoys building trust with clients through compassionate communication and support.

In addition to her interest in surgery, Chassity loves working with senior pets as well as puppies and kittens. She also enjoys seeing reptiles come into the clinic for care.

Her advice to pet owners is to trust their instincts, prioritize preventative care, and maintain open communication with their veterinary team before small issues become major health concerns.

Outside of work, Chassity enjoys spending time with her family, floating in the pool, and gardening. She shares her home with several pets, including her dachshund Paisley, her kitties Mali, Kai, and Bungie, and Dave, her bearded dragon. She also describes herself as a true introvert who enjoys the peace of nature and relaxing with family.
